I don't want the little man taking shots by gunners.

Find someone else to fair catch.

Am I? Or am I just a rational fan? There are a number of other players who can catch punts. Just saying.

If just those two choices? Crazy every time. You haven't given a good reason yet. You just don't like it. It hasn't been shown that he can't do it well, and fear of injury is not a concept in punt returns.

My reason is he has no history (save high school) of being able to do anything but catch punts under high stress situations. I'm not saying he's the worst option; honestly I think he's one of the better ones. But a punt returner has to have certain skills, and I have never seen TM7 show he can do it better than one of the faster guys on our team. If you can look me in the face and tell me he could catch and return a punt better than Mo or RR, i'll let it be.

Easily better than RR. Mo? Not easily better. Just better. BTW, why in the hell would you risk those two but not Mathieu? Are you drunk?

The Honey Badgers Football IQ is far more superior to the other players. He is good for a fumble...but it won't happen twice. He is our best option...and I am cool with it.

Did you see who was in the middle of the player's circle in pre-game? Like Sheppard last year, he's become the heart of the defense. You lose Mo and you put in a replacement. Will he be better than Mo, absolutely not. You lose TM7, and you lose the spirit of the defense. I would compare it to Florida losing Tebow as their QB. It hurts just a tad more.

Fair enough, then we can agree to disagree. I'm just glad we got a win tonight, and i'll concede that i'm complaining about menial shite.
