Year 2 was covid and I believe he lost his grandmother. I always wondered why he dropped off but the loss explains it. He put in the work this past off season and from game 3 on it showed.....

If Nuss struggles because of the defense next year will you say he sucks or blame the team? The constant excuses and retconning of JD is a glaring double standard and has been since he came here. It's also disrespectful to his improvement and the coaches who aided it.

Last year?

Do you think Nuss 3 years ago is equivalent to Jayden as a third year starter? His comparison is more valid you imbecile.

ASU does poorly "JD was dealing with bad coaches"
ASU does well "JD led them to their best success"

LSU does poorly "Coaches were bad"
LSU does well "Look what JD did"

I thought one big reason was JD was not an effective down field passer.

I believe his coaching at ASU was not very good. Herm seems like a fairly likeable guy, but he hasn’t really proven himself to be a successful head coach. Also, JD’s position coaches at ASU were subpar.

Ha! Good try, not really though. He was worse every season at ASU. Sometimes a change of scenery and a new scheme is all a player needs

we get it. You hate Daniels, and you want Nuss's children.

I wonder where you were when the board showed almost nothing but extreme resentment towards Daniels? You had people blaming him for an Ole Miss loss. You had people blaming him for last year's FSU loss when he was the only player doing anything in that game.

The excuses for Nuss have been numerous for 3 years now. Yall had excuses when he sucked in his first start. Excuses when he decided not to play in the bowl game. Excuses when he didn't win the job. Excuses when he threw turnovers vs Southern. Excuses when he also looked bad vs the same Auburn team Daniels looked bad against. Excuses for his play as a backup this year. There is no way in hell he should be averaging less than 6 yards per attempt, completing 51.5% of his passes, with only 1 TD on 33 attempts. Yall praise him for the 2nd half vs UGA, but say "cut him some slack" when he had to play vs Bama this year. Nuss is coddled on here and you know it. Many of you had, and have, all the smoke for Daniels even if he's slightly off target, but you make excuses for Nuss's turnovers.

I gave you the raw facts. They were better with Daniels than without, same with LSU.

The fact that a simply concept like that has you in your feelings is on you, not me.

At some point you idiots will realize you're only calling yourself out. Saying that others had a double standard doesn't excuse your own. I don't hate anyone, but you sure as shite hate Nuss.

Not even close to being in my feelings, but those "facts" are nothing more than your opinion. It's also fact he regressed every year at ASU. None of which is relevant to the double standard in how you act toward JD vs Nuss. Nuss doesn't need excuses he's never started a game. Much less 5 years worth. The closest he's gotten was against a number 1 Georgia defense where he looked damn good. Keep praying he never sees the field here because we can save receipts too.
