There is basically nothing to lose this season. If we agree to play Florida on November 19, there is a CHANCE for something really special to happen. If we were to win such a brutal stretch of games and win the SEC, that would probably give us a boost to the playoff committee. Also, imagine a healthy Fournette getting 200 on OM, UF, aTm, Arky, and 150 vs Bama. That Heisman might just come back into play...

What I'm saying is, let's go all in. Boom or bust, no in between.

And play 3 SEC road games in 12 days!?

These are student athletes not slaves.

Why do our fans consistently allow themselves to get talked into bad positions seemingly out of fear of being called chicken by the folks doing the screwing?

No...just no.

Right now, I'd do it since we are guaranteed to get screwed by someone if we finish 6-1 in Conference.

Sat Nov 12 @ Arkansas

Sat Nov 19 @ Florida

Thurs Nov 24 @ A&M????

Are you kidding me? No SEC team has ever been asked to do that.

what about the millions of dollars LSU would lose from a home game? That is a lot to lose

If we finish 6-1 and sit at home, we would lose more than what we would by going to Florida on 11/19.

Would you rather your pride, or a chance to play in the SECCG?

Im thi king I would rather play in a title game, then see Bama or A&M play after we beat them all

A&M would be Saturday - there's no conflict in moving that game.

If we could pull it off, win all those road games and have Fournette average about 175ypg/2tdpg the SEC Championship, Playoff, and Heisman could still be attainable.

Aggie nation already having family plans and reservations around the Thursday game? They'd be demanding their AD not fold just like LSU fans wanting Alleva to force this game to be played.

I understand that it is a shifty situation and a brutal month...but for those of you saying no...what is the alternative? Just not play it is the only one I think

Clearly you arn't a student. Those 3 games would come during the preperation weeks for finals. Traveling takes a lot of time away from that. Two is bad enough. No need to make it 3.

So, you are for losing all the revenue that game brings in? Plus the buy out you have to pay south ala? Plus the refund to the ticket holders? I don't get some of you.

Their insurance would cover that, doubt LSUs would.
