This!! I was amazed how many fools on this board convinced themselves that JJ held Holman out of game one only to keep him on a full 7 days rest last week.
Well…. He was doing his damn best trying to win game 2 against Arky. Almost pulled it off.

Go ask all the SEC teams why they did the same thing last year. Most moved their ace to the second game to avoid a head to head matchup with Mr. Skenes.

To at least steal one from Arky last weekend and it backfired. Last year every other SEC team pretty much did it against the tigers with Paul on the mound. It was the right move.
