Why doesn't LSU get the SEC love?

If there is such a thing as pro-Bama and pro-Florida bias, then why doesn't LSU ever get the benefit of this bias? We've been a poster child for SEC success this past decade and have done so much to keep the conference flag flying high. Outside of Florida, no team has represented the conference better than LSU.

Whenever things go wrong, Bama, Ark, Georgia all get apologies. Why not us?

Nobody hates LSU and there's no conspiracy to keep us down but it just seems like other teams get more of a 'benefit' in these situations than we do.

Over the past two seasons we've been the poster child for idiotic playcalling, uncoached and undisciplined players, and underachievement. It's only what happens recently that matters.

That statement is oxymoronic....

Lack of bias doesn't translate to hate. It's more like apathy than hate. Not oxymoronic at all.

This is ridiculous. LSU gets the benefit of the doubt lots of times.

We Had a top 10 ranking at the begining of the season even when we looked like hell.

I don't see the hate. I don't see the indifference. I see a lot of people looking at everything through purple and gold glasses and wondering why everyone else isn't...

Then do you agree that the PP play was an interception?

Even the bias media is calling that a pic. Certainly you must see this.

The SEC had no say in that ranking. It was media based.

well in terms of this year, UF and Bama are undefeated and it's worth it to keep them undefeated

in 06 AU was the chosen team preseason, so they got the calls (against LSU and UF)

in the big picture, UF and Bama are much more national programs than LSU. it's better for the SECfor them to be good

LSU is still considered a backwater by many media types. Bama has the tradition and Florida the glamour.
