The 2-1 ball call with runners on first and second was huge and a horrible call.
Along with the mental fart top 8th when the ump committed to the call too early.

I have to agree. I like PM, but that really was ill advised to allow that to continue like it did. It pretty much killed LSU early on.

I don't think you realized how behind we were in pitching. Reynolds had been performing outstanding up until that point.
I think he left him in one batter too long, but I can't argue with it to be honest. Bush was likely to be hit pretty hard and Reynolds had been effective.

I agree not pulling Reynolds. He obviously didn't have anything left in the tank and he gave you more than what you were expecting. I just don't get it.

You are absolutely right. That cost us the game and I believe Manieri knows that as well. He said they got greedy trying to get another inning out of him. I could understand that if he was throwing some strikes, but at that point he could not throw a strike to save his life.
