i think alabama outcoached us. i think their defense had our offense (with j lee) completely figured out. and i think their offense had many more plays that took advantage of our defensive weaknesses.
that said, i think we outplayed bama. i think our players made the bigger plays.
and all that said, i think the full jj offense is completely different. and i think john and stud will be ready and outcoach alabama on jan 9.

Did you watch us play all year? It's not that he refused to punt to pin you deep, it's that we can not depend on our kickers to do that. I hope during this time off, the kickers do nothing but kick, kick, and do some more kicking.
I was watching a replay of the game last night, and your kicker is great, and this really hurt us a lot.

Actually the reason they dominated passing hard was because of passes to the rb.

When you make plays in a game like the int at the goal line.
When you dominate the other team in overtime when the game is on the line.
When you BEAT the other team you outplay them !!!!
Those are the facts that LSU outplayed bama !!!!
If you friends think different, they are dumb asses, and whoever agrees with your friends are dumb asses also !!!

noticing that our lbs are the weakness, and getting rbs matched up on them to throw to them is outcoaching.
i enjoy the purple and gold glasses too, but sometimes you've got to snap back into reality. we were lucky. hopefully, we'll be ready and play our best game on jan 9. which i think we will.

As pointed out above, Saban made some stupid mistakes. He knew his field goal kicker could not consistently make 50-yd field goals, but tried anyway. He thought he might get lucky. That was either STUPID or he knew he couldn't get into the endzone. ESPN has been trying to help Saban wipe the egg off his face ever since Nov 5.

Why can't someone still be a good fan, but objectively assess what happened in a game and think another team outplayed LSU? It's ok for a fan to be objective and a realist..... For the record, I don't think Alabama outplayed LSU. I just object to you thinking that a "real fan" always has to be a sunshine pumper.
