Aren't systemic ? Would miles have win more than one natty with a better system in developing quarterbacks or is less than mediocre results at qb acceptable got most of 11 years at LSU

LSU passing is 112. So much for improvement. Thanks LES and CAM.

Of course the system doesn't favor QBs. The system is all about reading defenses and making plays rather than isolating WRs and having a go to guy on every play.

The problem is that our QBs never seem to check the ball down to their hot read and we end up getting pushed off schedule because of it.

OK granted BH isn't drew breez but the passing game or lack there of is on the WR's not the qb! Unless it is BH's job to throw the ball AND catch it!

Coaches brought him along slow at first because THEY SHOULD AND NEEDED TO during the AU and Miss St. games.

The coaches tried a little bit more in the SU game but a few drops stopped that! And they came out slinging it in the last game and then the WR's decided they would rather play on the OL for some reason.

It is totally on the WR's not the coaches are the QB.

I tried to tell everyone last year that Jennings wasn't the main problem and that the WRs contributed heavily to the lack of a passing game. It looks like they bought into blaming the QB and expect everything to come easy to them.

I say run 3 TEs and 2 backs with no WRs until they man up.

It is unfair that only LSU drops passes.

Is the systemic problem not having live game time reps these past 11 years affecting rhythm to wide receivers or quarterbacks . And why does it appear that receivers have more success at next level without these live time reps

Yeah...I lost track of how many wide open receivers/backs I saw five yards from the line of scrimmage last game when Harris decided to bomb downfield. I thought "Well, that must be their plan. Practice the deep passes."

They're young QB's and they go with the play that's called. If the deep post is called Harris is gonna do just that. Try and complete it even if that receiver is double or tripled covered. They don't realize that it's alright to check to another receiver if your primary receiver is covered and that is where Cameron comes in at. He needs to coach these kids up on shite like that. Make Harris realize if it isn't there use your own judgment and do what you feel is best. Throw to another receiver or take off damn run with the ball. Just terrible frickin coaching up on his part.

Harris is also bad at pocket awareness right now. Cameron needs to coach him up on that. Tell him he can't take his damn time passin like he has all the time in the world. To step up in the pocket also to avoid some pass rushers or side step to buy more time.

Don't be stupid. Like I've said a bunch of times already over the past week. Dropping 4-5 passes on 30 attempts per game is a cause for concern, dropping 4-5 passes on 16 attempts per game, and you have a major f**king problem. Do you know anything about drop rate? I'm pretty sure that LSU has one of the, if not the worst drop rate in the country.

Jarvis Landry had an insanely good drop rate as a junior. I think it was only one pass, if I'm not mistaken. Between Dural, Diarse, and Dupre, it has to be around twelve or more.
