I don't see the issue with raising a question over a questionable move like this one. The ones that criticize every single move are absurd, but there's room for middle ground.

Questioning calls like this is part of what makes baseball fun. There really aren't that many no-brainer calls. You can rationalize almost anything.

I don't think anyone argues that Pap is a good hitter. I think he is LSU's best defensive catcher, but certainly not outstanding in that role either.
