Why can't we play Monday in an empty stadium?

The alternative is that the game won't be played at all. It isn't too late for this, and I don't understand why we aren't pushing this in the national media. Not doing this lets Florida win by cheating.

So O lets the players go Friday, and then they turn around and trickle back in on Saturday. If they have to travel? Never happen. If they have the game here, that's like 48 hours to double-down on the prep that's already been half-forgotten. Even with UF being in the same proverbial boat, that's a recipe for a hot mess.

So Alleva should put this out there very publicly and take the moral high ground. Make them make a public statement about why they refuse.

Do these boys live on the moon? Tell them to come back. We let Florida win by not pushing this.

Most likely classes will resume on Florida's campus on Monday. This storm isn't really going to hit Gainesville. Right now they are predicted to get about half an inch of rain today and nothing but blue skies for the next week. If they did let their players go be with their families then bring them back for monday and play ball.
