Why can't LSU recruit enough pitching?

It's rearing its ugly head here again down the stretch and had been for the past several postseason failures.
It just boggles my mind that some of these schools can out recruit LSU to have the best staffs in the country such as Florida, OSU, Louisville, etc. etc.

luck. Cartwright and NOrman being injured didn't help us.

This was the year I felt better about our pitching!
1st Rd pick in Lange
Senior going for the all time wins record in Poche
Freshman with poise in Walker
Gilbert and Hess in the pen....
Sometimes it just doesn't work out

Yeah it amazes me how those teams can get their 1st and 2nd round draft pick pitchers to come to college. Seems like LSU couldn't get that lucky even if they paid the recruits more than the pros.
