A well played game where both teams have to burn their good bullpen arms. Southeastern is the better team. They both have aces waiting. Hoping for rice

If we have Lange waiting for them, I want the best team so we can put a loss on them.

It seems a little odd that we pitched Poche vs the 4 seed; it worked out well for us getting the W, but that means we take a step back in pitching for our third game. I'd almost rather we would have done what we did in the SEC tourney, go all-staff in the 1st game, have Poche and Lange to close it out.

It's an easy call. We want the higher seeded team to lose. Couple that with SE's in-state emotional motivation- Rice is the team to pull for.

My bad guys. Thanks for correcting that. Not as clear cut then. I'm going to still go with Rice just to eliminate the emotional motivation. Of course LSU could be more motivated to play SELU. So at this point of the discussion, my opinion is probably not worth much.

Much rather see slu than rice. Rice is a perennial power in baseball dude. They know how to win big games and the stage isn't too big for them. I hope we play slu

Lions look shaky. When we played them earlier, we won 11-4. They committed 4 errors. Looks like they're heading that way in this game.

Yeah I say root for SLU all day. There is something to be said for experience and having a history of success
