Said he doesn't understand how Justin Fields wasn't the Heisman favorite right now. George kind of shrugged and paid Burrow a little lip service.

They are truly in their own world uo there.

Pat McAfee

He's a punter. What does he know?

Are you serious?

Pat McAfee, and he went to West Virginia, not Ohio State.

This is an okay boomer moment, bro.

I missed the intro to the segment and I never really watch gameday. Just happens to be on at my dad's house.

Why the hell should I know who Pat is? And that isn't even the point.

Truly a shame that George came up short in that Super Bowl loss to Rams. A truly awesome running back. Back when RB’s would get 30 carries a game and play all 16 games a year. Love that era of the NFL.

How long has he been with GD? I feel like I’ve only seen him the last few weeks

Pat’s job is to appeal to the home crowd on gameday

Pat McAfee is great. He’s an entertainer just playing to his audience there.

I hope he replaces Corso soon because gameday has become stale. He’s been a welcome injection of entertainment recently.

Burrow has same number of total touchdowns, 1500 more yards, but 5 more ints.

Seems like a drastic difference averaging 150 more yards a game

Oh and 79 vs 69 percent completion percentage

It’s even funnier since burrow played there for years. Clueless is an understatement.

Well one thing working against Fields is no one watches his games. The Big 10 isn’t must watch TV.

He’ll have a chance over the next three weeks to wow voters. It’s gonna take a massive collapse for burrow not to win it. I’m sure Fields will go into 2020 as the odds on favorite to win it.

They talked about Fields being able to make a push for the Heisman with a big game VS Penn state. Lol, what about big games VS 4 different top 10 teams, including the vaunted Saban led Alabama?

Another thing in Joe's favor is actually the fact that our defense has been so poor. Dude has to put the team on his back and score every drive, knowing that one miscue can lose the game. Not to take away from fields, but when your defense is shutting opponents out and you dominate the TOP, there's no pressure and you can run whatever play you want.

Lastly, Joe has the clutch factor and has those "Heisman moments". Fields has never had to convert a 3rd and 17 with the game on the line. Never had to stand in the pocket and throw a dart TD while getting blown up by a Bama D lineman.

Fields has numbers. Joe has numbers. Joe has everything else. It's not close.

Put some respect on Pat’s name, he was the kicker for WVU in 07 that missed 5 FGs against Pitt and helped LSU get back into the National Championship game.
