Agree, Ridley was the O's MVP but it had no real leader.
Lee showed a glimpse of taking the reins but was not given a chance to develop it.

No, Ridley is a leader on and off the field. No kind of leadership was going to change how well JJ or Lee threw the ball.

Wasn't there an article before the season started about JJ getting onto one of the OL guys about an audible he called? I think it happened during two a days, and he told the lineman that it was "his offense", and some of the guys laughed at him. I would have to agree that if there was a leader of the offense, it wasn't JJ. SR was the closest thing to a leader, but he seems to be more of a lead by example guy on the field.
