Godfrey has struggled a few times so far, but he seemed to work his way out of it normally. Today seemed to be too much too soon.

Just wondering who everyone thinks should get a shot, because I brought up Stallings to a friend, and he straight up said no, although I do think Bain would be the best option(I mentioned to start Stallings and have Bain as closer).

Didn't we start Cartwright a few times on Sunday's last year and he did well? Might be wrong

It was more than a few times. He did really well only getting about 5 innings at a time but it was exactly what we needed.

Bain. We need a guy that consistently throws strikes. Godfrey will be good, but hes not ready for SEC starts IMO.

Lol did you see where I said Bain would be the best option?

ETA... Ell brings up a good point. I wouldn't be opposed to Reynolds getting a shot too.

I mostly started this thread to see peoples' opinions on Stallings in a starting role.

Bain has earned the right to pitch next Sunday. I would pitch Godfrey this midweek to try to get him back on track.
