Who makes the final decision on coaching changes?

I'm just trying to determine the likelihood of a major coaching shakeup in the organization, which unfortunately I do not think will happen anytime soon. Would a change in the HC be a decision left all up to Alleva and possibly the President, or does the TAF board have the final say so? As bad as LSU needs a new coaching staff to take them into a different direction, I do not see anyone ballsy enough to take a chance like that. If anything, it won't be until Miles' contract is up in 2019. Now will all the coaching vacancies in College and the NFL, it will be a tough time to get a big name unless LSU goes the Michigan route.
As far as the assistants go, will Les have the balls to get rid of his buddy BDP? Can Alleva forces Les to part ways with certain individuals?

Alleva is directly responsible.
The final authority is Alexander.
Both men could not ignore hard pressure from TAF's biggest donors.

This is what I am afraid of. He is not getting rid of someone that he gave that rock solid contract to.

Well ... don't underestimate the pressure the big money men can bring.
My little season ticket and merchandise purchases don't even register on the scale. I'm a minnow.
But you let a bunch of these whales and sharks who donate millions and have Alleva on speed dial tell him, "Okay Joe, I'm not giving another dime to LSU football until Miles is gone," and I promise you, they are like Merrill Lynch. When they talk, Alleva listens.
And my understanding is, with that shite show last night being the culmination of a trend for Miles-led LSU football ... the big boys are NOT happy.

Alleva is the "face" but he isn't the nut cutter.
The BoS although much less powerful members than 20 years ago and big money TAF types pressure BoS and the chancellor and the president.
No chance if anything were to happen to Les or replace him that it's Alleva's call.

One game that fans no show. That's all it would take....however, I don't have the discipline to stay away from Tiger Stadium and not cheer for anything LSU related.

I just started a thread at the same time asking how do we go about getting him out. I'm not trying to flame the board, just wanted to know how to get the "whoever's" attention. Otherwise we all have to stfu.
