Only the fair weather fans left early. Maybe this will teach them a lesson

Aubie was 4-0
It was a huge defensive battle, LSUs only score

Fair point. All these things considered, I have them very near each other in great comeback drives for the Tigers.

was an awesome drive to say the least!..how many times do you think they've done that in practice...put the ball on the half yard line and tell a freshman QB to drive the length of the field in a little over 2 minutes..was his 1st true highlight moment of a promising career at LSU hopefully!...

I enjoyed this game more than all the others this season. It was a great ending to the home games.

I almost left when my kid started whining about being tired, but I bribed him with cotton candy to make it the rest of the way.

That $5 cotton candy was totally worth it.

Left early. The team that we struggled to beat was in no way like the Auburn team in the earthquake game. This was the worst football team in the SEC. We barely managed to beat them in our own stadium with a bid to the Cotton Bowl on the line. There was so much bad shite in this game that it would take a book to enumerate it all. I am glad we won, but it sucked out loud. (The only really cool thing being that a freshman came off the bench to lead the Tigers to victory...99 yards worth!!)

Whats worse, leaving a game early, or staying and crying about EVERYTHING during the entire game? Like the miserable fricks at the top of section 102 today.

And if you are going to yell at the refs for a call, make sure you know what the hell your'e talking about.

I was late for work because of this game and I was glad. I was nervous as heck, but man did Jennings come through.

That game kept Auburn from a national title shot. That Auburn team was probably Pat Dyes best all time team.

Also, LSU was SEC co-champs that year (with Auburn). Had we played UAB and Furman non-conference instead of Ohio St and Miami (Fl) then the record would have been better.

1988 LSU > 2013 LSU
