I'm going with Mettenberger.

I would go with the Mett. Unfortunately, I think if u asked Miles himself he would say Jefferson.

On the field only? Perrilloux

His pull up against VT in 2007 was a thing of beauty and he always seems so smooth in his limited playing time.

As a sophomore, he completed 68% of his passes for nearly 700 yards, 10.2 YPA, 8 TDs, and 2 INTs. Passer rating of 175+. Also rushed for 207 yards on 52 attempts with 2 TDs that year.

Those are passing numbers that exceed even Jamarcus at his best, with the added benefit of his running ability.

He could have been a fricking monster.

Considering your list, I'm sure Etling will make the cut.

Biggest waste of talent at that position in school history.
Still got last laugh though.

In all fairness, Perrilloux had a hand in derailing whatever Lee was going to become. Way too much for him early on, and never recovered. Also Harvard getting his head smashed around against Auburn.
