I'm not sure who the better runner is, but, from what I've read/heard they are both "pass first" QB's.

Per Scout:

Anthony Jennings: He is a capable runner, but he is definitely a pass first quarterback

Brandon Harris: He is a dual-threat QB, but he is a pass first guy who will sit into the pocket.

I agree. I understand this is still a wide open competition. But, i hate to say it, but when i saw AJ in his limited play thus far (which i understand is very limited).... I saw JJ 2.0

Oh well im sure a 180 pound true freshman will do worlds better

It will be interesting to see who is progressing better. This weekend we'll be able to see them alongside each other for the first time. If one really outshines the other, I've got no problem with him being considered the "clear leader."

However, I don't see that happening. They'll probably both have similar numbers with AJ slightly ahead in terms of overall yards. And the QB argument will continue for the foreseeable future.

I don't think there's any doubt. Experience and talent will get him there easily. I don't, however, think his job is as secure as some think.

Harris would have to be much better than him for Les to start a true freshman at QB

Harris is going to be the better runner.

Jennings has showed that he has some legs and can make smart decisions during the Arkansas game.

So he'll get the edge based on having less experience?

So, I think Harris has a good chance if he has the smarts and some throwing accuracy.

I don't think you guys are gonna be too impressed with Harris' accuracy or mechanics unless Cam really works some magic
