Who got tickets for Tuesdays game at UNO?

I went back in 2015, and going back again, looking forward. Park is nicer now.

Are they doing like Tulane does, where normally tickets are $3, but when LSU comes to town, they charge $30?

They were 10 bucks back in 2015, 20 bucks now for grandstand

Not for the LSU game. They have a few tickets left on their website. Blue Level is $25, Silver is $20, and GA is $10.
