Use whatever qualifications you feel necessary.
Give me Burns
Give me Burns

You can use money and endorsements.
You can use where they will finish on any "greatest ever" lists
Tour wins v MVPs/All Star Games
Majors v Championships
Whatever you want

Sam Burns will be more famous for old white people who like to fall asleep on their couch on Sundays. Ben Simmons will be more famous to everyone else.
edit: I love watching golf.

Who in the hell is Sam Burns

I think he shot 89 in his PGA debut a few weeks ago, he has a long way to go....

Sam Burns will do for LSU what Spieth did for Texas

Might as well add Fournette and Bregman in the discussion. Massiveattack you clearly follow golf more than most here.I didn't know who Sam was and I had heard of Spieth before last week but didn't know he went to Texas. I'll go with Simmons because NBA is a more popular sport. However if LF reaches the A Peterson level in the NFL, he wins this because NFL is the most popular sport. I'm basing all this on name recognition nationally. Good luck to Sam and I hope he represents well.

If Fournette in or out of this discussion ? If he's in, Ima say him.
My God I can't wait to see that dude play this year. I never buy into these cant miss, best we've ever seen, can't do w/o him recruits. Except for him.
Y'all, he was the best player, as a true freshmen running back, on a team who had a literally less than 50% chance of competing a forward pass, being blocked for by guys learning a completely different scheme, one year removed from playing Rummel and Jesuit, against the best players in the best division of the best conference. Then, consider the fact that at least outwardly - in terms of appearing to do and say the right things, working hard, having his head screwed on tightly/his shite in one sock, he seems to understand that ability alone won't get him there. Think about all that, then consider his accomplishments last year. Come this football season, by about game 4, the nations eyes will be on this guy as the next greatest of all time running back, and the comparisons to Walker, Jackson, Peyton, Peterson, Smith will begin. No matter WHAT the offense does next year, he's going to fun to watch.
