Who do we complain to about the Live Stats software?

For about the last year or so, our Live Stats took a turn for the worst (and that's saying something). Why can't we just go to gametracker or something? This new software they're adamant on using for most/all LSU sporting events is trash.

Went to Notre Dames web site to find out the score of the softball game. Theirs worked fine. The one on the local network must have had to dump bad and never came back.

You have to guess who's bating, who's pitching and if anyone is on base, or figure out through play by play stats...pretty pathetic for 2015 quote:
