Football:
HC - Les
ACs - Wilson, Bebe
Basketball:
HC - JJ
AC - Patrick
Baseball:
HC - Mainieri
AC - Dunn
I don't see a single situation where the HC is more valuable than the assistant(s).

Do you fully understand what it means to be a head coach of a major college program though? The assistants play vital roles but that doesn't mean they would be good if roles were reversed. Some coaches are better as assistants.

You don't understand my point. I didn't say who would be better HCs. I said who is more important to the program as they stand? These assistants bring in the recruits more so than the HCs do. And all we are at the present time is talent.
It would be nice to get some good in game coaches to balance that out and actually see the talent reach some college potential.
