Should concentrate in a very good Utah State team. Overconfidence is the mother of all downfalls. LSU could lose this game at home or not. Alabama, Oklahoma, Clemson, Georgia would destroy Utah State because they are not prideful and overconfident looking ahead to get slipped up. They have that killer mentality.

Not Auburn. It’s in BR and they still have several more years of bad karma to pay off from the cigar game.

At this point in time the team that worries me the most is LSU. The amount of turmoil that's unfolded during the bye week has been astounding.

Departures, suspensions, injuries, transfer portals, etc...it just continues. Were talkin bout a program widely considered playoff worthy now nearing the point of disintegration.

The game hasn’t been played and LSU May come out and destroy Utah State but I would like to point out that Clemson last weekend only won by one to a bad North Carolina team this Utah State team could probably beat.

They're not a bad team. In addition to the near upset of Clemson they beat South Carolina.

I don't "worry" about football, but I believe Auburn and UF both have the talent to go toe to toe with LSU. LSU has played one good team, so when people claim no one can stop LSU's offense, I don't think that's prudent. You also have to remember DC's are getting more tape on LSU's offense so they will likely have some ideas on how to slow it down. Couple that with the increase in talent level for the opposing D's and I believe UF and Auburn's D are going to hold LSU's offense to 3 TD's lower than their average. LSU's D must play much better to win. If Lawrence, Chaisson and Logan are still injured, Auburn's running game is going to be hard to stop especially in the 4th quarter. I suspect LSU's D in the 4th quarter for both of these games is going to give up 10-14 points due to lack of depth.

Beating Bama is not a likely scenario unless LSU forces 2 or 3 turnovers.

Prediction LSU's beats UF 31-24; loses heartbreaker to Auburn 38-35 (AU drives on LSU and scores TD at the end of the game); Bama over LSU 41-27.

And lost to App State who is probably about in par with Utah State.

Would you be ok with LSU winning a one point game against South Carolina/Ole Miss/Arky/Miss State?

I'm always OK with LSU winning a game by any margin, even 1 point. Particularly if it's a conference opponent, even one of the weak sisters you listed.

Only Bama. They score fast. And their defense might be good enough to keep us below 30. Our defense might only be able to keep them below 40. I have to admit I was more optimistic 2 weeks ago than I am now. But, we'll beat Auburn going away -- by 2 scores I'd say.
