Which LSU Lady Tiger Team Should Have Won It All?

Women's Basketball with 5 straight Final Fours (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008) with Seimone Augustus, Sylvia Fowles Aiysha Smith, and a cast of others.
Gymnastics with 6 Super 6 appearances in the past 10 years (2008, 2009, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017) with Ashleigh Gnat, Myia Hambrick, Jessie Jordan, Sydney Ewing, Ashleigh Gnat, Rheagan Courville, Llomincia Hall, Susan Jackson, Ashleigh Clare-Kearney, and several other All Americans.
Softball with 4 WCWS appearances during the past 6 years (2012, 2015, 2016, 2017) with Rachael Fico, AJ Andrews, Sahvannah Jaquish, Bianca Bell, Allie Walljasper, Carley Hoover, and Bailey Landry.

I'll go with women's basketball, because a few of those teams were absolutely the most talented teams in the tournament those years.
As far gymnastics, choking in 2015 could also be added to the list. That team could have won it all. However a few of those teams were not true contenders
I'm not really that bummed with Torina. She's going to win some national titles at LSU.

Basketball. And don't forget tameka on those teams. 3 straight WNBA Rookie of the years all played on the same team at lsu

Basketball and last years softball team

LSU Final Fours...sigh. Always came out flat in all those games. It got into their heads. But, the game we lost to UT where they got an offensive rebound and layup with .2 seconds left was maybe the most painful loss I have experienced in a girls' game of any sport. Fowles, Augustus and Temeka and could not get over the hump. And then we brought in Van Chancellor just to win the title that year after our lesbian coach left for the Russian Federation. Ugh!

If anything the softball team has over performed. The Bob starky coached team or Van's team could have easily won it. If Pokey is coaching those teams they win at least 1.

Was actually a steal by Tennessee as the Tigers were dribbling upcourt for the last shot in a tie game.

It's an absolute shame they didn't win at least 1 woman's basketball title. I still can't believe how they would just fall apart in the final four

I don't know what game you are referring to. When LSU lost to UT in the Final Four, we lost by one point. We had just taken the lead on two FTs and UT had the ball with about 10 seconds left. They missed a 15-ft jumper but the shite missed so badly Fowles badly misplayed the board and it landed right in the hand of some UT girl who hit a layup with 0.2 left.

This easy. That turnover against Tennessee at the end of the semi was disheartening. That team should have won it all for sure.
