So is Miles developing players that are NFL ready in 3 years a good thing or a bad thing?

It does show he is great at developing talent

Defense wins championships. Look at what we did when SATAN arrived with an average offense. It's not like we were scoring 50 points a game. In 03' we had one of the best defenses in our long history on many measureables. By the way Miles doesn't coach anyone, his staff does.
