i like baseball, but i sure as shite can't speak for everyone. i think someone said earlier that we average 1300 fans per game. official capacity of our park is 3180. attendance is pretty weak IMO. when i was at OU i probably made it to 10 home games per season.

i'm curious to see how many people make it down for the weekend. i'm in nola, so its only a short drive for me. it took me probably 30 minutes to get through to the OU ticket office this morning when tickets went on sale, so it seems like at least some people are buying tickets.

I'm good friends with a few OU fans and have been for 20+ years. I've only heard one of them ever mention baseball, in June 1994.

And, yes, the ones in the Norman/OKC area probably have more real life stuff to focus on right now.
