Where is the Watson love?

The kid has had a great CWS at the plate. Hasn't even gotten to show off his defense yet. I don't blame him for getting thrown out on the steal. That catcher is unreal behind the plate.

Hess is a superstar now but Lange was a bulldog today. Watson is as tough as an out as they come the last few games. Plus having the pitcher throw to first 11 times even though he had been caught stealing already. He was in that pitchers head.

Where have you been the last few days, Soup? Praise has been non-stop. One other thing...who's blaming him for being thrown out on the steal? Great play by the catcher not good enough for you, I guess.

I didn't mean to come off as saying everyone was blaming him. It was just the only play of his that could be called a negative play today. But no fault at all on him because that catcher is the truth. I just thought he had a great game today but with Hess becoming a superstar in front of our very eyes, Watson seems to have gotten overlooked for the most part today. Hell, all the freshman that are playing have stepped up. I love this team.

I screwed that up. Watson was thrown out on the pitch out. It was Freeman late in the game that got thrown out while Duplantis was batting.
