For firing Richt. Better record and almost identical win percentage as Les. Double standard much?? How dare UGA fire their coach!!!!!! That's all we should be hearing right now.

No. They actually fired a coach the right way. Not letting bullshite rumors swirl for 2 weeks like we did.

Because 90% of what was reported about LSU was made up by the media. I'd be willing to bet everything that Jimbo was never even offered and that was a narrative someone created.

This guy let Missouri win the east not once but two years in a row with Florida shitting the can. Really we are now comparing Richt to Miles? Wow what can he do better than miles? I must've missed his 2 national title games?

We didn't fire our coach. I would have been OK with letting the rumors swirl if we indeed let him go when it was all said and done. You can't get pushed around by the media - which is exactly what we ended up allowing to happen. Such a cluster frick from F. King to Alleva, all the way to the boosters, the media and the fans.

You would lose everything then. There were talks between Jimbo's people and LSU. How serious those talks were, I don't know. It could've been a simple inquiry on the interest level from Jimbo.
