Present.

This team still needs to be better coached.

Someone started an NIT thread in the first half. Got whacked after the game was over.

When we lose, blame poor coaching.
When we win, we win despite poor coaching.
If/when we make it to the tournament, CBS wants Ben Simmons.
When Calipari get's thrown out, its good coaching. He is motivating his team.
If Jones gets a T, he's hurting the team.

this is consistent, his coaching ability does not match the talent that is on the court.

Well, they have lost 4 in-a-row. I don't think Jones has ever done that at lsu.

Bringing the fricking talent in is part of coaching. Trent could coach some x and o's, but brought no talent to the court. It was an awful product that lost a ton of games.

After every win you can always count on someone starting a negative thread about it---and yes, this is a negative thread. Does nothing to celebrate the win, praise the team, coaches, whatever. It only exists to point fingers and stir the pot. You're happier to get on the rant and call out people than you are about the team beating top 15 A&M.

The "good" fans, ladies and gentlemen.

Johnny is not a great X's and O's guy, and he's not a great game manager either. But he's a phenomenal recruiter, good motivator, and players develop under him pretty well.

In a perfect world he'd be good at everything, but well-motivated talent can get hot and accomplish things, see LSU in 2006. If a team has no talent they could have Coach K and still not do shite
