Anyone else slept on it and now boarding the pain train?

C'mon a lot of us lived through the early 90's, this will be a piece of cake.

I've been very vocal about my disappointment in the hiring process and my concerns will remain about Orgeron's success, but I'm all aboard.

I'm down with being a CheeriO ... I was all in for Herman until he used his word with us as a bargaining chip with Texas. frick that guy, I'm glad we have O and am anxious to see what the next few years brings. Also, very glad we are keeping Aranda!

Aranda is not a done deal yet. He still hasn't signed.

I expect the downvotes and probably agree with the arguments. I just love LSU too much. I need to find the positives and be optimistic.
frick it.

This is exactly how I feel as well. Lots of uncertainty and unknown, but frick it. Until proven otherwise, he'll get my support.

I've been on board for seven weeks and counting. I also took a lot of criticism here a couple of weeks ago saying Orgeron would be the next head coach and that I was 100% against a Fisher or Herman hire.

Lied to us? He literally just wanted to meet with Texas. And our AD, with the emotional maturity of a 10 year old, flipped out, panicked, and signed Coach O.

Agree. I have zero trust in Alleva making head coaching hires within our programs.
I'm hoping Orgeron succeeds for himself, players and fans, but frick Alleva.

Agree 100%. That wasn't a negotiation, It was a temper tantrum. But I'm gonna Give O his chance. He better pull in A home run OC or it's gonna be ugly the next couple years.

I root for LSU, and would do so even if you were the coach.
