When will McKay be available and can we develop a LHP out of the pen?

I think both are pretty key going forward, especially in light of the Norman injury.
ETA: I know Norman was a RHP, but we need that matchup lefty in the pen

He called a kid garbage simply because said kid hasn't lived up to the expectation people had for him.
Harry Coleman is very put out by that. How dare the kid not be as good as Harry wanted him to be.
