2000- Rohan Davey and Josh Booty
If you're going to throw in Booty, you might as well count Jefferson and Lee for 2011.

Of all the starting LSU QBs in the last 20 years, Booty has the worst numbers:
. worst career QB Rating,
. worst career COMP%,
. worst YPA,
. worst TDPA,
. worst INTPA, and
. worst TD:INT ratio.

His 1999 and 2000 seasons are the second and third worst seasons for INTPA since 1995 for LSU QBs with 100 attempts.

Wow! Bert Jones and Jamarcus would like to disagree with your assessment of Jefferson's arm strength.

Was JJ/JL there when Andrew Hatch started the first game? I knew that was going to be a long season. Hatch was f'ing horrific.

Yes that was 2008. And Hatch started the first few until he got knocked out of the Auburn game and JL took over

Yes, he was All-SEC in 2000. However, one could easily argue that he did not deserve that award.

He completed exactly 50% of his passes. (He was not in the SEC top 10 for COMP%.)

He was #5 in the SEC in YPA.

He was #5 in the SEC in Passing Yards.

He was #8 in the SEC in QB Rating.

He was in the TOP THREE in only one category. He was #2 in the SEC in INTs. Only one SEC QB threw more INTs than Booty.

It's best be thought an idiot than to open your mouth and leave no doubt.

Neither were really good, and one was down right miserable 8 out of 10 games.

ETA: the answer to the OP is quite easily 2007. Flynn/Perrilloux.
