You get an email? Talk to the ticket office? I'm astounded this shite takes so long, I understand about the flood, etc, but this is every year.

I don't think they ever wait this long, last year I had mine prior to fan day. The least they ticket office could do is to let people know what in the hell is up.

email i got on thursday

The final preparations are being put on the season tickets for the 2016 football season and the printing company is preparing to begin shipments on Monday, August 22 and they will continue throughout the remainder of August.

Unfortunately due to the flooding in south Louisiana we realize many fans may have had their address set to receive the tickets affected by this tragedy.

We have tried to pinpoint certain zipcodes that may have had some damage and are working with the printing company to have these zipcodes pulled and sent to our office to be held until we have heard you are able to safely receive your ticket package.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE SURVEY HERE (YOUR ACCOUNT # IS: xxxxxx)

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THE EMAIL WITH SHIPPING CHANGES.

Once you have filled out this survey we will be able to forward your season tickets to the response given or have your tickets held in our office for you to pickup.

Season ticket shipments will continue throughout August and if you choose to have your tickets shipped out, you will receive a tracking number when your package has been picked up by FEDEX. If you choose will call, we will email you when you can pickup your tickets.

We understand that many fans have more important concerns at this time and football is secondary and we want to be able to accommodate fans requests as best as possible during these trying times. There is no deadline to respond to the survey, however, for precaution we will hold your ticket package in our office until a response has been received.

We thank you for your patience and support of LSU Athletics!

Yeap, but many folks are leaving for Wisconsin next week and really don't want tickets sitting on their porch for several days.

My guess is with what happened last week they held them up.
I got email indicating if you still wanted them mailed or to pick up at will call and once that process is done they would start sending them.
They do have an extra week since first home game is later this year.

That would be understood, however the above post stated that the tickets were just being sent from the printers today (which is typically out of state).

How is this LSU's responsibility? It's your responsibility to not have packages left at your home when you're not there. Here ya go: FedEx Package Hold

They are definitely later than last year but I understand Baton Rouge has been preoccupied so to speak.

The printing company that prints these does the tickets for like 75% of division I teams along with NFL and NBA. So much more that goes into this and as long as they are here before the first home game, who gives a shite?
