maybe he sees the field vs eastern michigan just to get some reps. Dillon Gordon is traveling to Syracuse too which is good news.

Gonna be hard to keep Jefferson off the field, the way he has been playing. Can't be out long on this team. Players everywhere.

Mills likely takes Dwayne Thomas' spot. So much depth, its a good problem to have.

No since in rushing him back. We're gonna need him later in the season so I'd like him to be at full strength

Jefferson would be getting his PT regardless if Mills would have been hurt or not. We play most downs in nickel anyways.

CLM said on the call in show that he saw Mills running at practice and was way ahead of schedule. Thinks he will be back soon.

With mills yes, but still concerned about cb depth. We had two 2 frosh play against auburn. Tolliver will be fine, but Jackson getting in over Paris doesn't sit well with me. We could be screwed if either white or tolliver goes down. Thomas looked better against auburn, but not sure if he can hold down a spot on the outside.

If tolliver or white go down we have dwayne thomas and jalen mills. Then you could move jefferson to nickel and corey thompson to safety.

I don't think the Gumps are too worried about Mills. Didn't he give them the game in 2012 and also gave up a huge TD to Howard in 13. I really don't see the hype. He has never had great cover skills and when used on a blitz he can get to the QB but never tackle the QB. I just don't trust Mills.
