When he became a preferred walk-on, I looked at some recruiting videos and he looked pretty good. He played at a small high school, but so did Peyton and Eli Manning. I see where he was put on scholarship, but never see anything about him. I see him with the clip board. Anybody know what's up with him.

From what I see from the sidelines he appears to be the assistant OC and QB coach. Much rather him talking to Etling between series than Orgerfrick!

I mean most LSU fans love the backup, but you have gone too far both logically and depth chart wise.

To be honest I was thinking the same thing , not that I want him to play but it seems like I've been watching him on the sidelines since 1999!!!

My bad. I didn't know that clip board operator was a position of need. Why did they give him a scholarship?

He played on the same high school team as my little brother. Coaches son, no ties to LSU or Louisiana but has been a diehard LSU fan since he was a little kid(can't remember exactly why). Was a very good high school QB and I thought he would surprise people and compete for playing time before he was finished here but he must not quite have it. He is a very intelligent kid that made great grades and scored very high on his ACT or SAT, I can't remember which one they took. Could end up being a good coach down the line if that's what he decides to do. They actually lost the state championship against Travonte Valentine's team and had a few guys go play D-1 ball.
