Uh...one of the best linemen in the conference and maybe the country that currently plays center.

We have more quality guards then tackles. If pocic got hurt, I'd bet clapp might be next and brumfield/Malone would take his guard spot

I agree, I think there's a real chance pocic will be at tackle and Dodd at center. That is unless Boutte or someone else blows up at guard and move Clapp to center.

He anchors the line. Without him we struggle greatly last year.

He is B. Harris's savior on in the middle of the field because he can sense what the defense is up to pretty quickly.

You've seen him play how many downs at left tackle? Zero? But professional football coaches think otherwise. So based on the two facts above, plus the fact that about two dozen morons on the rant, just like you, think he should play left tackle, you think he should play left tackle.

You know what? I used to think Pocic was a likely tackle. You know what changed my mind? The fact that $5 million per year of professional football coaches thought otherwise.

If he stays at center, his draft stock is gonna be interesting to watch

Pocic was getting whipped the whole Bama game at center. Go back and watch the tape, he was living in the backfield. He's too tall for center. Move him over to LT.

Yes Poicic's body type is that of a prototypical LT in the NFL, but he's not in the NFL yet. I'm trusting the coaches on this one.

Pocic has already indicated that they are looking at him playing left tackle. Why put teheuma there all spring instead of Weathersby? Weathersby is a better tackle than teheuma, that's why he started at tackle in the ole miss game. They have fewer options at LT than they do at center. I'm not saying he's definitely the tackle, but if you think there's no chance, then you haven't been paying attention.

Pocic is staying at center. Dodd is a serviceable backup, but that position is just as valuable as LT.
