For me it was hearing that a whole bunch of 1959 ole miss players came down to watch the game in tiger stadium. A lot of them haven't been back since due to what happened to them that fateful night when Billy (and Billy & Warren Rabb) had his way with them.

They must've chosen to come back today thinking they had an easy win in front of their team.

:GTHOM:

Eta: thanks ace

Although the 1958 game was played in Tiger Stadium, you're probably thinking of the 1959 team.

If I'm wrong, sorry. (But I'm not.)

My cherry was that Bo Wallace fricked it up for them. I loathe that guy and any time he's miserable I'm ecstatic

For me it was the stereotypical Ole Miss frat bro with his fricking CROAKIES on over his gingham blue and white oxford watching his dreams come to a shattering halt. I hope his long drive back to Oxford or Jackson is miserable.

I was like that, but he had to go and be complimentary about Tiger Stadium. That takes the edge off a little.

I still say his mama doesn't even like him and if he couldn't play football, he'd be living under a bridge. But that's a little less true when he complimented us with one breath, then slammed Kyle Field with the next.

The cherry? It's Ole Miss. Better yet, top 5 Ole Miss. When's the next time we'll face an undefeated Ole Miss in late October?

Very true. I guess I meant to imply the cherry placed on top of the first cherry

He first said, "Craziest place I've played." They asked, "How does it compare to Kyle field?"

He responded, "No comparison."
