"Why would you fire a guy that's got a 75% victory record". Translation: you're a program that should expect to lose 3 games a year.

Exactly. We can go 7-5 next year and Miles' winning percentage would still be about the same.

Apparently, LSU was afraid of being perceived as being "mean" if they fired Miles.
