I'd like to put a beat down on Nebraska for some pay back from the Sugar Bowl and Orange Bowl where they beat us down in the 1980's

Only team in the Top-25 winningest that we have never played.

They are on a postseason ban, correct? That won't happen in a bowl for the next couple of years.

Boise...so we can beat them down UGA/Hawaii style

LINK

Brennan ran up against a swarming Georgia defense that was in no mood to give the little guys another day in the sun. In the first half alone, he was sacked five times and turned it over twice, losing a fumble and throwing an interception

quote:

"We've never played in this element," Brennan said. "We got here and we tried as hard as we could to keep it as normal as we're used to, but it just seemed like we weren't used to this kind of venue. We weren't used to the crowd noise. We couldn't get our audibles."

quote:

"It was the fastest team I've probably ever seen," Brennan said. "We just couldn't get into our groove and do what we wanted to do."

If its in the BCS Title game I don't care.

If "just" a Bowl Game:

1. Boise State
2. Texas
3. Nebraska
4. Michigan
5. Notre Dame

I feel overconfident against Tressel & Ohio St because of 07. However, I just know Pryor would revert back to Pryor of last year against a legit D in a big game. They may very well lose to Wisc this weekend.

Oregon has an explosive offense. But their D in poor a PAC-10 conference is giving up 28 points a game. Could get exposed by UCLA tomorrow. Reduced to Pretender against a legit SEC D, imo.

Boise St and TCU would be exposed against our D. Their schedules are flat-out jokes. MNC Blowouts, either one of them, against our D.

Oklahoma's D is giving up 411 yards per game. That's bottom tier level. Offense is efficient, but hasn't seen a D-Line with Drake Nevis in it. Easy win.

Scariest team in the Top Ten not in the SEC is Nebraska. An SEC-like D, with a mobile-QB led offense. I least like this matchup.

After reading most of the comments on here, I go with Oregon, Boise, Nebraska, then TCU. Oregon would be fun to match against our defense like Boise and TCU, I think for all around good game, Nebraska would be a good choice as well. I don't care to see ohio state, Oklahoma, USC or Texas.

Big 10=> Beat them(tOSU)
Big 12=> Beat Them(OU)
Pac 10=> Need to play them

Oregon natl champ and the a rematch in Dallas to open next year would be unbelievable!
Would also love to skull drag Boise! They have gotten a little too cocky

Oregon...for the title.

+1

I would also take Nebraska. Either would be a good matchup.

I think Boise St would be a game for about 2 1/2 quarters, if LSU continues improving.

I do NOT want to play Ohio State. Been there, done that.

I am just in the mood to play a Pac-10 team...

Im thinking pac 10 as well...

I certainly wouldnt want to play nebraska...i think pelini has coached them up well...

TOSU/Oregon-BCSNCG
Boise/TCU-Sugar
Iowa/Wisconsin-Cap One
Texas/OU-Cotton
That's as far as I think we would fall. I'd love to play texas in dallas if we do fall that far, its the only one I'd realistically be able to make. Although I could possibly convince my wife to make the trip to NOLA...

If you're skeered, just say you're skeered.

Notice I said "beat" Nebraska.

I think that would be the most satisfying win.

Also, I wouldn't mind as much losing to them as much as I would mind losing to Boise or TCU.
