What Les Miles agenda should look like today.....

5 am Calling a staff meeting
and let the defensive staff
know that they need to be looking
for new jobs. Then tell the WR
coach you have 1 more season to
eliminate the dropped passes or
your out too.
6 am Call the best D cordinator
available, give him our roster
and tell him has control of the
reigns and he can hire his staff
and name his price. Do whatever
you have to do to turn this defense
around.
8 am Call all our commits and tell them
the problems are being fixed as we
speak and that we have found our
starter for next year (JJ) and if
you have any doubts, just watch
what we do to our opponent in our
bowl game.
9 am Call all our prospects and tell
them the same.
10 am call a team meeting and find out
who is leaving early for the draft.
Find out who is staying and start
getting them ready for our bowl
game and for the 2009 season. Make
what you think the starting line up
will be for 2009 and thats who
plays in the bowl game.
11 am press conference and apologize to
the fans for this season and admit
your mistakes. That the coaching
this year was horrible and that
changes will be made to the staff
immediately!
12 pm eat
1 pm start preparing JJ to be our qb and
work with him and start building
chemistry with his offense. Unleash
Crowtons offense.
While offense is practicing call
the new DC and tell him to be here
before the end of the week and get
this D ready for the bowl game.
9 pm Make sure the team knows that this
BS ends now! If you dont want to give
110% from here on out then get off this team. This was an unacceptable year it will be changed. Let all my seniors and juniors know that the best players will be on the field and that if you want the start, you better get better. I will not accept nothing short of a masacre for our bowl game to spring board us into 2009.
