Most recruits want playing time and the opportunity to compete for playing time. During the last two seasons, it does not appear that the QB that has performed the best on the field is going to get the majority of the playing time.

I disagree somewhat. Miles message has been the same this season: you screw up your playing time is going to diminish. Look at Blue/Ford when they fumbled or didn't have a good game/practice. Same is true of Lee.

I do think Lee will get his opportunities against Ole Miss and may even start that game. I wouldn't read too much into JJ getting majority of snaps against WKU. JJ deserved it the way he managed our win against Ala. Give him his props.

Ole Miss is the game we need to "right the ship" for Ark. on the offensive side of the football. Let's see what happens in that game. Keep the faith Tiger fans. Four more games to Geaux!

I'm still not real sure what he did great in the Bama, except basically running the wildcat.
Your opinion about football can't be taken seriously if you can't even recognize a basic offensive formation.

Jefferson did not run a single play in the wildcat.

ETA: Jefferson was LSU's leading passer and second leading rusher. He gained more rushing yards on less carries than Ware.

Right the ship? We just had a game with almost 500 yards and scored 42 points. This is getting out of hand.

Precisely how many practice sessions and/or QB meetings have you attended in order to make that assessment?

Moreover I'd like to know what is your background for judging the relative abilities of specific players to run an offense?

Let me guess:

You are a fu cking whizz at Play Station?

It would have been 1000 yards and 84 points if Jefferson hadn't played.

Yardage good. Points expected. Maybe less than expected. Credit the hangover, cause we've scored 40 plus on better teams. Sluggish all over.

I wish that were true for every position, but, based on what Miles did last year, I don't think that is the case with Jefferson. It appears that Miles was waiting for an excuse to back to Jefferson, and he got in the form of two bad throws against Bama.

Look, after the UT and UF games last year, Lee was clearly the better QB and his playing never substantially increased after those two games.

I say this when People say that Lee won the bama game. He completed a pass for a first down. Meanwhile JJ threw for close to 200 yards and a touchdown. Honestly, watching miles in the J. Russel vs M. Flynn, seeing him stand by Lee in 2008 now the fracas between J. Jefferson vs J. Lee it would tell me as a QB and a player that Les is gonna play whomever he feels gives him the best chance to win despite local politics and criticisms.

2 interceptions versus bama genius. JL will only get to play if Jefferson melts down too. Lee is a bad quarterback just except it.

It's not real hard, I can read a stat sheet. Let's see do we take the guy that has 5/9 TD/Int ration (and last in the conference in QB rating) or the guy that has 13/3 TD/Int ratio and leads the conference in QB rating.

On top of that, are really going to argue that the offense not more efficient this year behind Lee as opposed any time during the last two years. It doesn't take an expert to see that.

The message Miles is sending to Lee is that you can't be missing classes and be the starter.

Funny how a few missing facts make such a big difference.

And somehow ole dumb Miles won those games and you, the smartest football mind in the room, was left sitting in a drunken stupor?

If JLee is a bad qb, then they're both bad quarterbacks. Accept that.

Are you looking at the right stat sheet? Jefferson has a 3/0 TD to INT ratio.
