Most coaching hires are failures. I would say 12 of the 14 SEC schools don't like their coach (Alabama and Kentucky I think are happy)
So, taking the contrarian stance on every coaching hire is the smart thing to do. You will usually be right. You would be a miserable fricking person, but usually right.
