What if we put Les on a furlough?

If he agreed to sit out the rest of this season and next season while learning modern football, would you be on board? Until 2018 he would have no part of coaching but only helping with recruiting. Then when he learned the modern game we could take him back full time and win another NC. He would obviously have to accept a reduced salary and I imagine it would be hard to work out, but imagine a Les Miles who actually knew the current game of college football.
