What has happened to our OL recruiting?

You would think this would be an area Les would excel in and would be close to his heart

How did we arrive here?

I really tend to see this as a Jefferson issue. If an end is rushing up the field and the QB is backpeddling the whole time, a sack is inevitable. See Brooks, Aaron.

the fact that Miles thought this was the best O-line he'd ever worked with tells you how good he is at evaluating talent

some transfers. some thrown off the team.....bottom line is we have done a poor job in recruiting on both sides of the ball and an even worse job of evaluating character.....transfers I can live with, breaking team rules and being thrown off the team tells me the person that recruited them did not do their homework.....bad character.....

How many of the sacks were a guy coming inside the OT vs. going outside? Jefferson never once stepped into the pocket.

Huh?

they have 11 highly-recruited freshmen, redshirt freshmen or sophomores on the roster. How do you know they're not any good?

With the OL on their backs there is no pocket or did you not notice that>?
