I was impressed by a lot of things in the game Saturday, but our DBs (especially 2 of them) were really bad. We may need to see a freshman or two enter the battle for playing time imo...

We beat a terrible team by 3 points after being up big...I was impressed with little. We're 3 games into the season, and CB is the hardest position to play. If a trend continues, then maybe make changes, but let's not overreact.

I just think that 18 & 33 are awesome. Not seeing it otherwise, so let's get some fresh(man) 4*/5* bodies on the field...

Like who?

KT2? He was in good position the majority of the plays made on him but just didn't turn around at times.

Donte is still young. But his potential is extremely high.

Aranda will fix these mistakes.

I'm surprised that KT2 with such high expectations has failed to do a fundamental execution of turning to look for the ball. To be caught several times not looking was disappointing. If he would have done that, I firmly believe he could have at least knock the ball away. He covers well 90% of the time, but he gets caught sleeping and you cant make those mental errors against an Ole Miss, Bama or A&M teams.

I don't care what DB it is but we have dropped far too many int's. Where's the criticism on that? The WR's take a boat load of shite for drops. Those drops are potentially game changing

WR's are supposed to catch the ball.

And sometimes those players who can't catch the ball get moved to the defensive side of the ball.

So yeah.

I know it's an if , and if's don't mean much, but how different is your opinion if LF doesn't fumble twice and we win 37-6 or maybe 37-13?

#1 is very impressive this year as well...he is always around the ball and has a lot of makeup speed...he will be a shut down corner before he leaves here

I'm just glad there weren't a lot of broken coverages. Turning and looking can be fixed. Athletism to be tight on almost every ball means the interceptions should come

We haven't played like dbu since 2011, we recruit outstanding but players don't play up to their level
