Yep, some good ole boys made mucho denero off the contracts to build the new Box.

LSU easily could have and should have renovated the Old Box; added extensions to the existing Grand Stand all the way down both lines with chair backs and add more permanent chair back seats in the outfield.

No, lets tear down the historical Alex Box stadium and replace it with a sanitized set of tinker toy trailers, (That look like the public eyesores they plopped down on the top of the new south endzone addition) just so somebody's buddy can make a buck.

Let's also cover every square inch of the interior of the stadium with tacky advertising to duplicate the Tiger across the street.

Takes effort. LSU fans don't like effort.

Sad to say, for some reason the energy at the new Alex Box is low. I think the fannies in the seats make a difference. I wonder how many fans lost there seats with the new stadium? I know I was given a chance to renew and relocate my seats. I imagine some could afford the price increase or didn't like the location they were being offered..?
