I edited for you

side note: How is it possible that they still do not know an actual attendance number at this point in the construction? Are the suits and club levels going to let people in that don't have an actual seat? Do they have to wait until construction is completed for a fire marshal to give a max occupancy number?

How about you go find us stats that show anytime we've had more than 90k? We've brought more to the table than you.

It could be Ole Miss, but Bama is more likely.

"We talk about the no-show situation," LSU Director of Athletics Joe Alleva said. "This is a phenomenon all around the country. It's a concern. Big-screen televisions and HDTV at homes are a factor. That's why we are trying to continue to make improvements for the people at the stadium."

In the past six years, LSU has sold no fewer than 91,556 tickets for any home game. In fact, at least 92,000 tickets have been sold for 35 of the 38 games. However, LSU has never had 90,000 people in Tiger Stadium.

The two largest actual crowds occurred at games in 2007 - Florida (89,800) and Virginia Tech (89,200). LSU Assistant Athletic Director/Ticket Manager Brian Broussard indicated that the scanners miss no more than 1,000 tickets at any one game.

"Our no-shows have been about the same regardless of the year," Broussard said. "We haven't seen the drop-off in actual attendance like Florida and Auburn. Those schools have been on a little bit of downturn in some years."

These are some pretty credible people to quote IMO.

Always good to see fellow LSU fans get in a pissing match and take pride over proving other posters wrong with lower numbers

What's wrong with presenting facts about attendance in a thread about attendance?

Its boat and lunch box. they get their jollies off trying to argue on the rant. I guess Jet must be out of the picture now cause his intensity has been at record highs the past few weeks.

The only reason I argued is because people like you came into the thread to discredit the factual statement I made when y'all had no idea if I was right or wrong.

You're the one talking bullshite with nothing to back it up.

ETA: I remember when I thought you were a decent poster, but it seems all you ever do is troll regardless of being blatantly wrong. You even admitted as much earlier in this thread.

No you just always see that line when people are arguing. Most people cant take admitting they were wrong about something. Yea i have never seen those numbers but after examining them and the article i can definitely see that there most likely were games where there was over 90k people. In turn making Boats "OMG There have never been that many people" comment blatantly wrong.

Let me know if you find numbers that actually show otherwise.
