It can be tested for, but its a seperate test from your standard drug test. I am kind of skeptical on the whole "failing a drug test for synthetic weed"

The newest urine tests can detect synthetics. They didn't test for it until about a year ago in most labs.

There are several urine and oral fluid tests now for synthetic weed.

Google "synthetic marijuana drug test", i don't want to look it up at work, but there are companies that claim they can test for it.
