Pete Carroll wanted his guys to WANT to go to practice and then once there to compete their asses off for playing time

NO Repeat means they run 20 plays and don't repeat any of the plays. If they make a mistake, they move on. Apparently miles use to have guys run the same plays over and over until they got it right.

that's good stuff - you can see he has a scripted mind set even at half time and the end of the game

Truth Monday – an airing of grievances day
Competition Tuesday- a negatiger vs positiger thunderdome
Turnover Wednesday – threads like brainstorming there are no bad threads causing a wealth of turnover on the first page
No repeat Thursday – no German threads
Focus Friday – only serious game plan and strategy threads allowed
Shirts off Saturday – drunk posting encouraged
